The WOLF ISS Production Line Monitor

The Production Line Monitor (PLM) is an optional software and hardware package designed to increase plant efficiency, reduce labor, and enhance production information for WOLF ISS customers.

The PLM package provides an electronic connection between the WOLF and auxiliary production lines or systems, such as frame lines, saw lines, or other cut-up equipment.  The package allows the WOLF ISS to automatically monitor and match the product supply rates required on variable-speed lines.  Products that are not selected into the programmed operations due to “slow-downs” are automatically reallocated to designated back-up drops.

The system displays, records, and provides valuable graphical information on auxiliary line operational parameters such as: speeds, load percentages, throughput, and line stoppages.
