RECALL MANAGER
For the first time, the meat and poultry industry has a powerful tool designed to manage recalls on an enterprise scale. The Recall Manager within Q instantly retrieves data about all products from all connected facilities. It provides information on where a product has been, how long it was there and when it left. 

 Once a recall has been initiated, all records associated with it are stored for further analysis. A recall can be expanded or contracted. Additional layers can be added.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Whether your orders come in from salesman on the road, via electronic interface directly from your customers, or from open POs, Q can help you manage those orders. Orders can be directed to appropriate production plants or split between plants and cold storage facilities. Truck routes can be planned and loads can be tied. All subsequent shipments are linked back to the original order for invoicing and traceability.

DATA MINER
Q acts as a central data collector, receiving and sending data to plant level systems and corporate ERP / Accounting systems. Since Q is a real-time, integrated system, all information regarding product configuration, customer information, purchase orders, and sales orders are filtered through Q to any plant level system. In addition, Q's transactional database allows each case to be traced from production until the end of its life cycle.

Q stores a complete history of all serial movements, providing maximum control over operations and inventory and more robust reporting capabilities. In Q, each serial movement leaves a footprint, providing historical data that can be used in recall and other reporting situations. In addition, because Q is completely web-based and can be accessed from virtually anywhere, it enables you to have the information you need, when you need it.
